Minor differences between photographs shown on the website and the room assigned to a guest do not necessarily constitute a difference in room category or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that a guest has under mandatory Georgian law.
3. Reservations
Reservations may be made through:
Third-party booking platforms;
Travel agencies or tour operators;
Other authorised reservation services; or
Direct communication with Alphabet Boutique Hotel where such booking is offered.

The cancellation and payment conditions stated in the individual reservation confirmation will apply to that reservation, subject to applicable law.
Requests to modify or cancel a booking made through a third-party platform may need to be submitted directly through that platform.
Alphabet Boutique Hotel is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or independent actions of third-party booking platforms, except where responsibility is imposed on the hotel by applicable law.
5. Room Rates
Room rates may vary according to:
Room category;
Dates of stay;
Season and demand;
Number of guests;
Length of stay;

Cancellation and payment conditions.
The rate applicable to your reservation is the rate shown and accepted at the time the reservation is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, additional services not expressly included in the reservation may be charged separately.
Any mandatory taxes or charges will be disclosed or applied in accordance with applicable Georgian law.
6. Payment
Payment requirements depend on the rate and booking method selected.
A reservation may require:
Payment at the hotel;
Full or partial prepayment;
Credit or debit card guarantee; or
Payment through a third-party booking platform.
The specific payment conditions applicable to a reservation will be stated during the booking process or in the booking confirmation.
Guests are responsible for providing valid payment information where required.
Where payment is processed by a third-party platform or payment provider, that provider's applicable payment terms may also apply.
7. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation and modification conditions may differ depending on the rate selected.
Guests should carefully review the cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.
Flexible Reservations
Where a flexible cancellation policy applies, the reservation may be cancelled or modified according to the deadline and conditions stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation after the applicable deadline or failure to arrive may result in a cancellation or no-show charge as specified in the reservation conditions.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Where a reservation is expressly identified as Non-Refundable, the applicable amount may be charged following confirmation and may not normally be refunded in the event of cancellation, modification, or non-arrival, subject to applicable law and the specific reservation conditions.
Third-Party Reservations
For reservations made through a third-party platform, the cancellation policy shown in the booking confirmation issued by that platform will apply.
Hotel accommodation reserved for a specific date or period is subject to the cancellation conditions agreed at the time of booking and to applicable Georgian law.
8. No-Shows
A guest who does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and has not cancelled the reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy may be treated as a no-show.
Applicable charges will be determined according to the conditions of the confirmed reservation.
Unless otherwise agreed, the hotel may release the room following a no-show in accordance with the applicable reservation conditions.
9. Check-In and Check-Out
Current check-in and check-out times are communicated by the hotel and/or displayed in the guest's reservation confirmation.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Guests requiring early arrival or late departure are encouraged to contact the hotel in advance.
10. Identification at Check-In
Guests may be required to present a valid passport, national identity document, or other legally acceptable identification at check-in.
The hotel may collect or record guest information where required by Georgian law or reasonably necessary for providing accommodation services.
The person making the reservation should ensure that the names and number of guests correspond to the reservation.
11. Occupancy
The maximum permitted occupancy of each room is determined by its room category and configuration.
Guests may not exceed the permitted occupancy without prior agreement from the hotel.
Additional guests, additional beds, or accommodation for children may be subject to availability and additional charges.
12. Children
Children are welcome at Alphabet Boutique Hotel subject to the occupancy limits and conditions applicable to the selected room category.
Parents, guardians, or accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision and safety of children during their stay.
Any charges relating to additional beds, breakfast, or other services for children will be communicated before the relevant service is provided where applicable.
13. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, visitors, and hotel property.
Guests must not:
Cause excessive noise or serious disturbance;
Threaten, harass, or endanger staff or other guests;
Damage hotel property;
Engage in unlawful activity on hotel premises;
Interfere with fire, safety, security, or emergency equipment;
Bring dangerous, hazardous, or prohibited materials onto hotel premises; or
Use guest rooms for unlawful or unauthorised commercial activities.
Where serious misconduct creates a safety, legal, or material operational concern, the hotel may take reasonable measures, including requiring the guest to leave the property where permitted by law.
14. Smoking
Smoking is permitted only where specifically allowed by the hotel and applicable Georgian law.
Smoking in areas where smoking is prohibited may result in reasonable cleaning, restoration, or other charges where damage or additional costs have actually been incurred, subject to applicable law.
Guests must comply with all displayed smoking restrictions.
15. Damage to Hotel Property
Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property caused intentionally or negligently by themselves or persons for whom they are responsible, to the extent permitted by law.
Where damage occurs, the hotel may request reimbursement of reasonable and documented costs necessary to repair or replace damaged property.
Normal wear and tear will not be charged to guests.
16. Personal Belongings and Valuables
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings and for keeping their room securely locked when unattended.
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, Alphabet Boutique Hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, destruction, or damage of personal property, except where liability is expressly imposed on the Hotel by applicable law.
The Hotel accepts no responsibility for cash, jewellery, or other valuables unless such items have been specifically deposited with and formally accepted by the Hotel for safekeeping.
The Hotel's liability is excluded where the loss or damage results from force majeure, the act or omission of the guest or a person accompanying the guest, or from the inherent nature or condition of the property itself.
Guests are requested to report any loss, theft, or damage to the Hotel immediately upon discovery.
Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as creating any liability for the Hotel beyond the liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Georgian law.
17. Lost Property
Items found after departure may be retained by the hotel for a reasonable period.
Guests who believe they have left an item at the hotel should contact us as soon as possible.
Where shipping is requested, the guest may be responsible for reasonable packaging, courier, or delivery expenses.
The hotel cannot guarantee recovery of items that are lost, misplaced, or left behind.
18. Hotel Facilities and Services
Certain facilities or services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, repairs, safety requirements, technical issues, operational requirements, or circumstances outside the hotel's reasonable control.
Where a material service included in a confirmed reservation cannot be provided, the hotel will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances and in accordance with applicable law.
19. Room Allocation
Reservations are generally confirmed by room category, rather than by a specific room number, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The hotel may allocate any available room corresponding to the confirmed room category.
Specific room numbers, floors, bed locations, views, or other preferences may be requested but cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as part of the reservation.
20. Special Requests
Guests may request particular arrangements such as:
Bed configuration;
Higher or lower floor;
Specific room location;
Early check-in;
Late check-out; or
Other reasonable preferences.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but requests remain subject to availability unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.
21. Pets
Alphabet Boutique Hotel does not allow pets or other animals on the hotel premises.
Guests must not bring pets into guest rooms or other areas of the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or require the removal of an animal brought onto the premises in violation of this policy.
This restriction does not apply where the Hotel is required by applicable Georgian law to accommodate an assistance animal.
22. Safety and Emergencies
Guests must comply with reasonable hotel safety instructions and emergency procedures.
Emergency exits, fire extinguishers, alarms, evacuation routes, and other safety equipment must not be obstructed, damaged, removed, or misused.
In an emergency, guests should follow instructions given by hotel personnel and emergency services.
23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Alphabet Boutique Hotel will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services to the extent caused by circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flooding, severe weather, government restrictions, interruption of essential utilities, civil emergencies, public-health emergencies, transportation disruption, or other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
Where such circumstances materially affect a confirmed reservation, the hotel and guest will deal with the reservation in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking conditions.

Alphabet Boutique Hotel is responsible for providing its services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:
Death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
